It can be difficult to ask for help.....

and even more difficult to know where to find it.

Talking therapy – counselling and psychotherapy – is a very personal process; help and support just for you. What may have seemed like small problems can suddenly become overwhelming and impossible to overcome. I can support you to work out how.
